Version 3 of the brief adds a deliverable, moves a deadline and drops a paragraph. Nobody reads the whole document again, and the difference only surfaces when the invoice is disputed.
What it checks
- Additions, removals and modifications, aligned by section and then by sentence
- A heuristic scope-impact hint on changes to quantities, deliverables, deadlines and prices
- Reordered but unchanged sections are not reported as changes
What you get
A side-by-side review: filter by type, mark each change accepted or questioned, add a note, and export the result as HTML or PDF.
Who it is for
Agencies, consultants, project managers and freelancers who work from briefs, quotations or requirement documents.
What it does not do
- It gives no legal or contractual interpretation.
