The problem
A project handover misses the licence file, the credentials sheet is empty or the as-built drawings are in the wrong folder. The client finds out first, and the project ends on a worse note than it deserved.
What it checks
- Required items from your own checklist: file name patterns, extensions, folders, minimum and maximum counts, maximum size
- Missing and unexpected items
- Suspicious entries: empty files, encrypted entries, path-traversal names, executables
- The ZIP's file listing is read without unpacking it to disk; one level of nested ZIP
What you get
A validation report as HTML and PDF, with the checklist version and the package's SHA-256, plus a report history per project.
Who it is for
Agencies, freelancers, contractors and IT service providers delivering projects, and the clients receiving them.
What it does not do
- It does not say a package is complete in a contractual sense. It matches the checklist you defined, nothing more.
- It is not a malware guarantee.
- It does not read document contents beyond file type, size and page count.
