The problem

"Please find the contract attached", and nothing is attached. Or the OneDrive link only opens for people in your organisation. The recipient waits, then asks, and an important message looks careless.

What it checks

  • Attachment promises in the text in several languages ("attached", "in bijlage", "ci-joint", "anbei", ...) against the attachments you list
  • Share links to OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive, Dropbox and WeTransfer
  • Whether each link opens anonymously or asks for a login or permission

What you get

A verdict in seconds. Nothing is stored unless you choose to keep a history.

Who it is for

Account managers, consultants, and legal and finance staff who send important documents.

What it does not do

  • It does not show that the recipient can open the file. The anonymous check shows what a visitor who is not signed in gets, not what a specific recipient's account gets.
  • It needs no access to your mailbox or drive, and asks for none.
