The problem
A plugin update, an expired mail password or a spam filter change breaks the contact form. The page still says "thank you", but nothing arrives. You notice when the leads dry up.
What it checks
- A synthetic submission in a real browser, with clearly marked test data
- Whether the success message appears on the page
- Whether the message arrives in a test inbox you add as recipient, and how long it took
- Three states: delivered, submitted but not confirmed, submit failed
What you get
A history per form with timings, screenshots of failures, and alerts when a form stops delivering.
Who it is for
Businesses whose leads come in through web forms, and agencies maintaining client sites (WordPress, Webflow, custom).
What it does not do
- It only reports a form as delivered when a matching message arrived in the test inbox. A thank-you message on the page alone is reported as submitted, not confirmed.
- A delivered test does not prove that every real submission arrives.
