ReplyProof

Coming soon

Test that your domain can still send and receive e-mail. Sends controlled test messages in both directions and reports arrival, delay and authentication results.

Coming soonReplyProof is not open yet. This page describes the planned first version.

The problem

A DNS change, a new mail provider or an expired DKIM key and suddenly your quotes land in spam or never arrive. Mail problems are invisible from the inside until a customer phones.

What it checks

  • Outbound: test messages from your domain to our test inboxes
  • Inbound: test messages from us to your mailbox, returned by an auto-reply or forward you set up
  • Arrival status (arrived, late, missing) and delay
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC results on received messages, spam headers when present, TLS used
  • Syntax of your MX, SPF and DMARC records

What you get

A history per test path and an alert when a test message is late or missing.

Who it is for

Small businesses and IT providers managing Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or hosted mail.

What it does not do

  • It does not show that all real e-mail is delivered. A passed test shows the tested path worked at that moment.
  • It does not check delivery to every mail provider and does not read your mailbox.
