Terms of use

Short, plain terms for the free beta. By creating an account or using a tool, you agree to them.

Last updated: 27 October 2026.

1. Who provides the service

toolparlor and its tools are provided by SDidIT BV, Kruisstraat 38, 2222 Wiekevorst, Belgium, VAT BE 1015.941.871 ("we"). Contact: [email protected].

2. Beta service

The tools are in beta. They are free, may change, and features or limits may be added or removed. A tool can be unavailable at times, and we may pause or end a tool. If we end a tool you use, we tell you in advance by e-mail where we reasonably can, so you can export your data.

3. Your account

You need a toolparlor account, created through Microsoft Entra External ID. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your workspaces, including what members you invite do there. Accounts are for businesses and professionals; you must be at least 16 years old.

4. Acceptable use

You may only run tests against websites, domains, forms and mailboxes that you own or control, or that you have explicit permission to test. Only upload documents you are allowed to process. Checking the availability and redirects of ordinary public links and cited sources is allowed within the fair-use limits. In particular you must not:

  • scan a whole site, submit forms on, replay consent choices on or send test e-mail to sites or domains of others without their permission;
  • use a tool to overload, scan or attack a system, or to send spam;
  • try to get around domain verification, rate limits, fair-use limits or other protections;
  • try to access data of other users or of the platform;
  • upload malware, or material you have no right to process;
  • enter real personal data where a tool asks for test data.

We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these rules or puts the service or others at risk. Where possible we contact you first.

5. Your data

Data you put into a tool stays yours. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy notice. You can delete it at any time.

6. Results are observations

Each tool reports what it observed, from one location, at one moment, using the method described on its page. Results can be incomplete or wrong, and a passed check does not mean something works for everyone. Results are not legal, contractual or security advice and are not a certification. Decisions you take based on them are your own.

7. No warranty

The beta is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of availability, accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, such as lost revenue, lost leads, lost data or reputational harm, and our total liability for the free beta is limited to €100. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

9. Pricing

The beta is free. If we introduce paid plans, we tell existing users in advance, and nobody is charged without first agreeing to a paid plan.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For significant changes we inform account holders by e-mail before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can stop using the tools and close your account.

11. Ending use

You can stop using the tools and ask us to close your account at any time by e-mailing [email protected].

12. Law and courts

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes go to the competent courts of Antwerp, Belgium, unless mandatory law gives you the right to go to another court.
